Sales of electric vehicles in the UK are soaring – 1 in 5 new cars are now either fully electric or a plug-in hybrid. With this surge in popularity comes an urgent need to ensure that we have an EV public charging infrastructure capable of supporting this growth, both now and in the future.

There are two key priorities for Local Authorities to consider:

Providing the right chargepoints in the right place, at the right price.
Being part of a co-ordinated consumer focused approach at a local, regional and national level.

This free one day workshop is for all local authority personnel tasked with the rollout of EV charging infrastructure in their area, and is run by Zemo Partnership in collaboration with Coventry City Council and Western Power Distribution.
